Butterflies

Photo Friday! It’s butterfly week in the yard. They love all the flowers. All photos by buzz!

Red-spotted Purple butterfly. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one in our yard before.

Lots of butterflies, but no monarchs yet. We usually have tons of them. We need to plant some host plants for them.

If you get seeds from your tithonia, may I have some?

Great (of course) photos! I’m so glad that I’ve been able to ressurect some of my asclepias tuberosa. I want to find and plant another bunch.
